Whenever I don’t know what to make for dinner I fall back on something with a southwestern flare. Whether that’s a bag of chips and salsa, some taco salad or enchiladas. I can make it quickly and nobody in my family complains. We all love it! If you’re the same as me here are 20 instant pot and slow cooker tex-mex recipes to try out!
